A portrait of my mother’s hand entwined in my own. It takes a long time to create a realistic painting; time to think, time to ponder memories and be exceedingly grateful for the ability give and receive love. To be the recipient of unconditional love is a gift beyond rubies. Many haven’t ever received this gift. For those of us who have, as we experience it, we have the skill now to give it to others.My mother is my inspiration and muse. he taught me all there is to know about generosity, kindness, compassion and perseverance. These inherited gifts are beyond rubies.
